The Keaʻau Agricultural Lots Neighborhood Watch & Wellness Program is inviting the community to participate in a Logo design contest and T-Shirt Artwork contest for our NWWP utilizing the themes "Being Pono" and "Safety, Security, and Wellness".  The contest is open to everyone and participants may get assistance from family and friends in the community.

Logo Design Contest: The design should be original and made with Aloha for the NWWP so it can used in digital format, on website, in print, and on garment.  We are looking for a design that can be used as a symbol of "Being Pono" or "Showing Aloha" (e.g. Shaka) and will remind everyone to do the right thing, in the right way, even when no one is watching.

T-Shirt Artwork Contest: The artwork should focus on how "Safety, Security, and Wellness" are important in maintaining a healthy environment for our neighborhood and agricultural community 'ohana.  There is also a bonus for artwork showing a connection between the past, present, and future of our Keaʻau Agricultural Lots Community.

Both the Logo design and Artwork contest will run until December 1st, 2022.  Participants may submit multiple entries for both contests; however, awards will be limited to one per person.  The Block Captains, Blockwatchers, and KAL Facebook Group moderators will vote on the entries and awards will be given to the Top 3 in each contest age division (Youth, Young Adult, and Adult), with the overall winning Logo Design and T-Shirt Artwork receiving a $50 Amazon Gift Card.

The following Contest Rules & Terms and Conditions apply when submitting your digital artwork for consideration:

• I certify that the electronic file submitted is an original artwork created by myself and is not subject to any third-party copyrights or restrictions.

• I transfer all copyrights and permission to recreate and/or modify my original artwork into a usable Logo and reserve no rights or restrictions to either digital artwork in the future.

• File Format: JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, or other image format

• Max file Size: 10 MB
